It's not popular but what worked for me as a teen was a) cutting out meat, b) cutting out dairy and c) drinking lots of water with lots of fresh produce. My bf only gets them if he drinks something with dairy or with sugar, like say a hot chocolate, or even just a cookie.

Try some lavendar oil but that's not solving the problem of why, and I'm not convinced teen zits are **only** hormones. Check your diet and water intake as well as stress levels and immune system. Get lots of vit C. If you have one that has infected, dab a bit of oregano oil on, or even when not. Very powerful.
