Scotts also, but my mom would be the one who could tell you which clan. I know we're related to the MacLeods and the Wiers, and I believe we have roots in the Clan Skye, also.

I'll have to check on that when I run the gauntlet and bring my lady to their place for birthday dinner, tonight.

And Jesus said unto them, "And whom do you say that I am?"

They replied, "You are the eschatological manifestation of the ground of our being, the ontological foundation of the context of our very selfhood revealed."

And Jesus replied, "Huh?"

I don't wield axes except for firewood...too heavy....how bout a nice basket hilt Claymore, polished silver hilt with my tartan inside for color.

personally, I like axes... I collect war hammers and battle axes... and I prefer the non-basket hilt claymores... The grip feels better in my hand and I have a broader range of motion.

personnally i think if a fight happend between 2 indivuals

1st person had a 2 handed warhammer

2nd person had a 1 handed short sword/buckler

i think if they were both equaly skilled the 2nd person would win cos he could just move quickly out of the way of the axe or move the momentum to send the 1st person flying after his hammer or after dodging out of the way it qould take quite a time to life up a war hammer so he could chop the dudes head off or stab him in the heart something or if they were both wearing armour it would just take a bit longer for the 2nd guy to win

Your getting old. I turned twenty a couple of months ago. It seems so different. At least you are still teen.

Depends on the kind of axe. The axe can be weilded very efficiently, however, it also takes more strength and agility to do it right :-)

You're right though, on adverage, the swordsman will win, all things being equal.
