Depends on what is meant by proof. Something the courts could use? That would be tough. Something that a witch could use though.... might just be a matter of knowing who to ask.

Nah, if the so called "vigilantees" get physical i'll use the great self defense excuse to reap their heads of. Than pleed for temporary derangement if the self defence one doesn't work. Either way i'll feel physicly satisfied for myself and mentaly satisfied for my kin's safety.
