In newspapers and magazines, it is normaly where the "official" view of the editor, and, or, the news paper is set out.
What the news paper thinks should be done, or what they think of, particular news item.
Here, I would assume, the moderators put threads, views, foreward, and the rest of us discuss. But as the whole boards are that, I must admit a little conffussion as to how it applys to the Library.
