The Boy Who Saw True

Post by Max » Tue Oct 06, 2009 9:05 am

This is such a great book! It was leant to me by a friend, so I don't know if it is still being published (first published 1953). Foreword by Cyril Scott. It's worth picking up though.

It's the real diary of a young boy growing up in Victorian times who sees auras and spirits, and is clairvoyant. Of course, at first he doesn't realise these gifts are only given to certain people. It's great to read because at times it's so funny I was laughing out loud, and at other times it's really sad. At times it really linked to the books I read by Brennan - so, CHL, you might find it an interesting read :-)

If you pick it up I hope you enjoy it as much as I did, I couldn't put it down.
