
Let 1 cup of wild rice soak in 2 cups of water overnight (at least 12 hrs). If you are a fan of Masaru Emoto's work, put some words like "love" and "gratitude" facing in on the outside of your container.
Drain, rinse, and put rice in a blender with 4 cups of water. Blend for a few minutes and strain through a small-holed strainer. Add two teaspoons of honey, or up to two tablespoons if you have a sweet tooth. Shake before each serving.
Don't expect it to taste like milk, but it is really wonderful once the initial shock is gone!!
