what did pepsi ever do to you?

However, I guess its no different than my blind devotion to the maple leafs. They really aren't that good but I will fight for them anyway.

It started as a preference, but then we had a friend who jokingly Blasphemed our Coke on a gaming night (he was playing a paladin, and worshiped Pepsi :-D), so another cleric in the game Blasphemed his Pepsi  ... and I guess the joke just never died! One of those where you suddenly realize that you've been laughing at and making the same joke for nearly 10 years, and you still find it funny among your friends!

Speaking of which, I was just reading that juniper berries have been used in treating gout, I believe drunk as an infusion. And it is used to flavour many brands of gin, so, depending on your outlook on gin, you may have a fun new remedy

Ahhh Gordons Gin. :-D

Too damn expensive here, and Germans are bloody USELESS at making spirits.

Their rum is like drinking yacht varnish, both in texture and taste, the rest are similar.

Rum, Captain Morgans or Lambs navy, Vodka, Swedish (Damn, can not remember the name now), or Smirrnoff, Brandy, French, Gin, English.

But they are all three or four times the price of German stuff.

Well, for 1 liter Lambs navy, it is about €60 here.

Which, in it's self is probably not that expensive. But a botle of the German made stuff is between €10 and 15.

It's the price difference that makes it seem a bit of a rip off. Especially when you consider how much it is in U.K.
