Kind of reminds me of a British comedian called Jasper Carrot from Birmingham. (B.E.G's turf). Saying about his trip to the bible belt. Every petrol station was offering "Thirteen coupons and you getz.... a FREE plastic Jesus, for the dash board of your car!"

(I know there is a name for it in the States, but the shelf above your Tacho panel (Speedo, rev counter, etc)).
