UFO: info on templar mystical subjects and early american co

Post by Librarian » Wed Dec 21, 2005 9:16 pm

I've got the flu.
It's kept me from going Christmas shopping.
I hate traffic to begin with, but holiday traffic should be grounds for homicide.
Then I get this email:
Subject: info on templar mystical subjects and early american contact

Body:
Trying to piece together connection between Oak Island and Knights Templar. Also researching thier connection with cave complex in mouth of Penobscot Bay,Maine.Any help would be very appreciated Blessed Be and Blessings to the "Elder" gods
PIECE TOGETHER A CONNECTION?!?!?!
THE KNIGHTS FREAKIN TEMPLAR
AND
OAK ISLAND?!?!?!?! #-o #-o #-o

If it weren't for my remarkably slow typing skills allowing my mind to catch up with what I'd like to say, he would have gotten this answer:

-----------------
1: Contact HG Wells.
2: Rent time machine.
3. Go back to 1300, pick up Templar
4. Go forward from there to about 1750
5. Drop him off.

Congratulations! You've pieced together a connection! Did you see the Easter bunny along the way as well?

The Templars were roasted like marshmallows in the early 1300's, while Oak Island wood has been carbon dated to about 1750. Hey, maybe you've got something there after all, the wood used for oak island came from Templar pyres... naw, the dating would be real off then, scrap that.

The Templars have as much connection to Oak Island as:

Today's perception of Christ to reality,
Joshua's existence to a battle at Jericho (also 400 years off),
Modern Wicca to a Roman/Greek Mystery,
Genesis 1 to Genesis 2,
Scientology to reality itself,
Carlos Castaneda to a serious discussions,
Uri Geller to a real spoon (I can show you how he does it),
Wicca for $19.95 a month to an ethical teacher,

and, apparently,

Your question to a quick search on Google!
-----------------

So, does anyone think I may be a little harsh? Just a tad?
Yes, I'm getting better, and I'm contacting the Vatican to have the make of NyQuil beatified, as a start on their road to Sainthood.

I dunno.

SOME are fun to play along to. Like;

We have a general Vagmörnasson has just died here in Nigeria, who owned 20 oil wells (I just BET he did ;) ) and as your name is similar we would like to transfer his funds to ......etc.

Yeah!

POINT 1) I am the ONLY person left in this world with the name Vagmörnasson, and NONE of them were Nigerian Generals. My Grandfather was a U-Boot commander, a whole way back von Scharnhorst (a Prussian General) was a relative. But Nigeria? FORGET IT!

POINT 2) Send me $1000 and I can activate my account, just for you! My Transcash No is......"

Believe it or not, the last point HAS actualy worked. Not for me. But I have benefited from the results. :-D

I bought a nice Blücher pattern Officers sword from the result. :-D

Treat every new person you meet as if they will be an important influence on you later (you know, love thy neighbor?)
