I don't think they would know. Coffee is South American

THAT is one of the main problems with Wiking Heathen groups, they all want to be alpha wolf, including the women.

THEN they wonder why people turn around and think they are fascist, which 90% are NOT, most emphatically. But their attitude to "group life", could well be mistaken. :-?

Within Wiking/Saami Heathenism the "group" is a false binding any way.

The only group was, is, the family. Ships, farms, villages etc were all one family, and some extended family. To try and fit a group together artificialy and expect it to work needs something like military discipline (see "Jömswikings"), but by their very nature, a Wiking does not like been told what to do by any one, even being told by the family can lead to feuds. Thats why, contrary to popular image, the Wikings were in fact quite good diplomats. They grew up with it. :-D

And this was a German Board......? No Oktoberfest anymore? :-(
Come on, just cause we don't turn water into wine doesn't mean we can't drink it

Na well, München. :-?

Meine Meinung nach? Alles was Südlich von Potsdam liegt, Österreich ist. :-D

(In my opinion, everything South of Potsdam is Austria.)

Now DUTCH beer. THATS worth drinking.:-D

We may not turn water to wine, but How many wells of mead are there?

Thor and Tyr in Jötunheim. What was that all about? To get a mead kettle, because that of the Gods was not large enough.

SOME people select what they want to read. Even amongst Heathens. :-?

WOW!!! I was unaware that there are heathen fundies! I thought we just called them Satanists! Normal fundies: Xains, Heathen fundies: Satanists. Same coin, flip side. lol

I agree C.H.L., we should all drink more coffee, smoke more tobacco, and drink more mead!!!! Coffee for the longest in Central and South America was reserved for the priests and as offerings to the Gods. However, with the smoke, I don't think anyone should smoke packaged ciggies, if you didn't grow it, or it's not natural, then I don't suggest it, chemicals kill. I personally don't like beer, but I do like hard cider and hard liquor. :-D But beer's mostly water, and water's the best, so I say, more beer!!!

Hey, Ragnar! I for one like your favorite smiley guy! He fits you perfectly! :-D He don't take no crap, he's like a mini you.
Maybe now you're starting to understand that while I may have been born predispositioned to be pretty batty, my parents saw to it that it was a certainty and completely unavoidable. -Me

I think if you want to drink then you should drink, if you want to smoke you should, I know that we should look after our bodies, hey we should look after the earth but we don't. Now me I love beer and Vodka, love the stuff, I also smoke, I roll my own it still takes me ages. I get told by other pagans oh you shouldn't drink oh you shouldn't smoke but it's my body and they say no it's the shell the goddess gave you and you should look after it, but i do I may smoke and drink but I eat right and keep healthy, this body one day will wither but my spirit will live on so in my eyes, it's just my body. I even get blasted for my tattoo's but as i say our ancestor's had tattoo's so why shouldn't I, well I went off the subject then, oh well. :-D

ah, the blasted tattoos again... #-o

oh, well. well done, aura! =D> you tell them shell-hatin' fundies! you can do whatever you want with your body as long as it isn't hurting you or anyone else. by the way, have any of you (beside Ragnar) ever read "The Light Of Eidon"? it was kind of an x-tian book, but when people found God (or Eidon) they were marked with a golden shield just over their heart.

Librarian --

Just being Admin of this website, everyone sends me weird emails, its just that I cannot access my [email protected] account right now because it is only accessible on Outlook on my computer which is currently down right now :( and I use Firelords computer for everything. So when I get my computer back I will have tons of emails to post here I am sure. :)
