I will have to try some of those things. And yes, the hot water bottle is good, although Hot chocolate helps too.

No what's really been killing me this month is the moon swings. I can't stand em.

And thanks CHL, I will have to try some of those recipes.

I'm going to start eating more veggies, even if it kills me.

best way to eat tofu when you are getting used to it is to put it into a nice saucey stir fry, some people aren't used to the texture so this gets them used too it. Cut into small cubes, fry it so the outside s a little crispy then add it to your stirfry for the last five minutes.

I usually use extra firm and freeze it then thaw it, it works way better that way.

I just wanted to "brag"

With NO magic at all I've lost 2.5 lbs since the beginning of the year. I eat lots of vegetables and fruit and I work out pretty much every day. I drink lots and lots of water! (and go to the bathroom at least once per hour - which is good, so I walk more! )

My mom is "sabotaging" my diet. She send us a Christmas package from Germany, filled with good chocolate and candy! *sigh*

As long as you Don't gobble up the goodies in one sitting your fine with snacking on them I think one a day is perfectly fine IMO so have at it, just stop at one.

So Good Luck all

I guess I won't quite make the grey dress until my birthday, but I lost 16 lbs since the beginning of the year. 6 more pounds and I'm back to where I was before the pregnancy. I'd like to lose 5 add. pounds after this, but mostly I want to lose fat and gain muscle!

I'm in the mids of changing my diet to a high protein diet. It's hard to do, since I don't eat a lot of meat. (I do eat fish and chicken) Starting next week, I'll eat lots of cottage cheese and fruit. I need to make sure I "feed my muscles" :) Since I work out alot!

Beans and eggs are protein rich.

Also, if you keep on your feet and do lots of activity you're exercising without realising it. Now I'm unemployed and not cleaning lots of hotel bedrooms everyday I spend a lot of time in my bedroom with my university work, so I run downstairs regularly for a drink of water and then run back up to wake my legs up after sitting for so long! Walking is also good for exercise and toning the legs, if you get a good pace going you won't tire for ages.

Well done you on all you've lost so far!

The best thing ever for cramps in peppermint tea, because peppermint relaxes all your insides. Its like, almost instant relief. Though, I tend to skull it because I dont like the taste. =]
