At the very least, when she gets home she will get better more there. She will be comfortable, and can spend more energy and time to get better.

Well, thanks everyone but I am afraid it won't be this week. The hole in her belly has not closed but it is smaller. She still has a problem of not wanting to eat and has lost a lot of weight. She is on a special diet and, as stubborn as she always is, does not like the food and refuses to eat it. She has to realise that there are foods she can no longer have because of the resectioning. Perhaps in the near future she can eat what she wants but right now she can't. On the other hand, she is making progress in walking. Despite the set back I am glad that she is being taken care of by some really good people. Perhaps she will be home in a few weeks or so.

Hey,
I am totally behind on thisbut I sent a quick prayer your way. My grandmother went through some similar stuff and I know it can be crazy and stressful. Hang in there and you have a lot to be proud of. I hope my Boyfriend is that awesome if I ever get sick.

And it's almost Saturday!!! Woo Hoo! I'm so glad she will be home - it's so much easier to heal where you feel comfortable and loved.
