Hello all, I'm Alicara, nice to meet you all.
I'll tell you a bit about myself. Let's see..I've been on a pagan path for about 5 years now. A few of my hobbies are hiking, camping, reading, and writing. I want to learn and hope to teach. See you around the boards!
:salute:

Hello and welcome!! Nice to meet you. :-D Yes, well as you have noticed, in the land of the blind the one eyed man is king.
Ragnar, BEG, at least you're not feeding the ants. lol
Maybe now you're starting to understand that while I may have been born predispositioned to be pretty batty, my parents saw to it that it was a certainty and completely unavoidable. -Me

Ragnar, don't argue with your teddy!! You're bigger than him. Boot him off your pillow! Or get him his own pillow & draw a dolly on it, or just get him a real dolly. O_O everyone needs love.

My cat tells me things. He told me when to go to bed last night, but I was too involved in my computer, and so he left me and slept downstairs to punish me.

And my mice watch him with the freakiest eyes... They taunt him, and love it.

And my niece is fascinated with all the references to death in my room. "Is that man dying?" (picture of man dying by Alex Grey), my books on death & dying by Shamans & by Elizabeth Kubler-Ross, "Auntie, are you leaving to take care of dying people?" "Yes, honey."

We even bought a cup for the dog, She is uninterested unless its mine Lol!

Put the teddy on a diet, then maybe it won't take up so much pillow space xD

       I washed the dolly and now she won't leave me alone, it's like she likes me or something, I got cats because they are independant, yeah RIGHT they are constantly following me around. and so is the darn dog. I think I need to get a rabbit or something in a cage.

Pfft, rabbits are no better. They may be in a cage, but they know how to make their wants known, trust me. Mine is highly demanding! She'll practically chew her cage apart to get what she wants!

Well my son has a lizard and it's pretty self suffcient, so maybe I should get another one LOL,I had a rabbit once, I named it Mr. Bunny Foo Foo, (never could tell if it was a male or a female) I never had it in a cage, but I did have it liter trained, that was pretty cool, I read that you could liter train em so I did, Anyway The LandLord Where I was living told me no cats or dogs, and so I got a bunny, he then told me I had to get rid of it. (He was a Putz). So now I've got 4 cats and a dog, and I realized yesterday that one of my cats is going to have another litter of kittens  I've got plans on getting her fixed when our tax return comes in but I don't know if they will so soon after her kittens are born.

Welcome and I hope we don't scare you off

All this talk of teddies and cats and dogs and rabbits... I must throw in my craziness too...

Just bought a new Kia Rio who I've named Sting. He's a 5 speed manual - hence MALE, heh heh. All metal flake black and just the most adorable car I've ever had. I picked it up last night and was so in love with him I dreamt of the darn car all night. Spent today making excuses for places to go so I could play with good ol' Sting. Bought him some lovely "clothes" today - seat covers and matching steering wheel cover in black with a red and grey scropion on them

I wonder now why I resisted having a second set of wheels for so long... we really needed one now though with both of us working full time good jobs and a lot of OT. It just wasn't working out with me having to drop him off and pick him up.
