Another Newbie's Introduction

Post by Windwalker » Tue Aug 29, 2006 9:20 pm

Hey everyone, I'm Windwalker. I'm 20 years old and I started practicing Paganism 6 years ago with Wicca. Since then my own beliefs have transformed somewhat.... actually most of them are more Traditional Witchcraft than Wiccan now, although I only discovered this a few months ago upon reading an article on the differences between the two.

Right now I'm really into Shamanism, and I'm trying to explore as many types of magickal/pagan religions and practices as I can. I'd really like to get to know more Pagans so don't hesitate to message me or anything!

I live in Dunedin, New Zealand, where I'm studying Psychology at uni.

Blessed be! :-D

Welcome, we look forward to your perceptions, as well as any questions we may be able to help you answer.

Maybe now you're starting to understand that while I may have been born predispositioned to be pretty batty, my parents saw to it that it was a certainty and completely unavoidable. -Me

WELCOME!!

You sound very interesting ^_^ I hope you find as much "enlightenment" on this forum as I have found. These wonderful folks are family to me now. Uncle Ragnar, Auntie Stormy, Sister Kitsune...

For some indefinable reason being labeled as Sister Kitsune has made my day Crazy Healer Lady.

So am I the older sister (in age) or the younger sister (in time on this board)? ;) 8-)

Age, nor time on boards, matters here, I would say. Just be glad we let you stay, Niece.

Welcome to the Library... I can empathize with the path you're on, although you'd have to add a fair few years to it on my side.... I also tend to study just about any kind of mysticism, occult or magickal information, but practice is primarilly in the trad witch/shamanic/ch(k)aos forms these days.
