X-Box for Xmas eh?

My family also celebrates, although they have LOTS of religious references. I myself will be celebrating Yule, and hopefully with my Ladylove.

I got my honey Halo 2 for christmas. I sent it to him last week, but I'm not sure if he has received it or even looked for the package in his mail. There were some other things that I sent him in there two, but I figured that he would like Halo 2.

Ah, 3rd person shooter and first person shooter problems. The transition for myself was difficult, when I was younger. I bought the halo2 and xbox live starter and wasted over a good 5 months of my lifetime. I'm not the best, I'll just stick with saying that. It's amazing to witness the evolution in any given thing, the history of gaming is one such evolution.

I bought Antaine Halo 2 for his b=day since it fell on the day it was released.

I've never been great at Halo, but since it's the 1st shooter game I played besides House of the Dead and Area 51 arcade games, I never had that 3rd person view missing problem.

Has anyone here seen Red Vs Blue? It's a comedy animation made with Halo and Halo 2...it's funny.

I like halo and halo 2, but personally, I don't think it's Bungie's best game. I'm gunna have to go a bit old school and say that Myth 2: Soulblighter was one of Bungie's best.

Anyone here play any old Computer games? For instance:

Cosmo

Duke Nukem I, II, III

Commander Keen 1-6, and Keen Dreams

Those are the more memorible ones. Commander Keen is the bomb. Kid Genius with a ray gun blasting aliens on a sugar high. I love it.

I am also a avid player of runescape, more addictive than heroin!

Counter Strike Source is awesome if you like realistic first person shooters.

Soldat is awesome if you like 2d shooters. Its a free download, and plays decently on dail up.

I remember all the old Duke Nukems. And I really miss the games by Westwood called Kyrandia series. And later, Hand of Fate and 11th Hour and Seventh Guest.

Anyone remember those?!?! I would die to play Kyrandia again. And I still have my hand of fate on like 20 3 x 5 floppy disks!

blessed be
