Arcade Discovery

Post by whitegravity » Sat Oct 09, 2004 10:53 am

Ooh, retro anyone? The arcade has many games that I haven't played for years, many of which are amongst my favorite. If the forums are quiet I think I know where I'll spend my time ^_^.

Anyone else feel the nostalgia?

Only two old games that I want, Lady Bug (an old arcade game similar to PacMan) and Burger Time (one that was on the sega I think...). I really miss Lady Bug, that's one of those *stupid* purchases I'd make if I was rich - I'd buy one of the original arcade machines.

I've enjoyed playing wermz, but I would like to see T.R.O.N. here...

It would be really something if you could play the games with the other people on the site...

If it's retro games you're into, try MAME - MultiArcade Machine Emultator. Just Google it. There are copies of all the old arcade games for the MAME engine.

I want to pick up that little kit that plugs into the TV and has the original Super Mario Bros, Contra, and many other games on it. Of course, I don't really need it, as my NES STILL WORKS! after like 15 years. I'm amazed, really. Especially since when I was about 13, my little brother poured milk through the vents because I wouldn't let him play it.
