Wow, that's amazing!
Let me know when you give up. When you do, I'll show you how the Megaminx Duodecahedron Puzzle disassembles pretty easily. Remember trying to do that with the cube? You needed a screwdriver, and you were more likely to break it. Not so with this twelve-sided beastie. It's made to take a beating, which is good 'cause this puzzle may be frustratingly hard to solve, and could spend a significant amount of time flying through the air, having been tossed against the wall.
Too funny.

Trust me, Willow, that would drive me 'round the twist faster than my regular Rubix cube does! But, it's a very neat VISUAL...isn't it?

Excellent visual, I would just never be able to ignore the fact that it is sitting there mocking my totally non math inclined brain.

For some reason I am great with word puzzles such as crosswords, but visual puzzles wihout words stump me completely.

I can do puzzle boxes and those wooden puzzles that come apart and you have to figure out how to put them back together (An eventual project for me, actually...to MAKE said puzzles!) but rubix cube type puzzles will drive me batty!

My husband has some of those wooden puzzles on his desk at work, and they drive his type-A Lawyer co-workers nuts! My husband is scary smart so he can do those things so fast it's sick.

If you ever design those puzzles I want to see the process, I am fascinated at what kind of mind could come up with that!

Since I designed mazes as a kid, I'll have to say, a complicated mind!

Though, at first, of course, I'd simply be working from an established pattern...though designing them myself in future would be fun.
