Smiley in the sky

Just wondering if this happens at all in the Northern Hemisphere as well. Soon as I get my own photo's uploaded they'll get posted too!!

If it ever clears up here i will peek outside (though I think you are in Australia so the likelyhood of anything like that being the same here is slim.)

Aye, that is what I thought, but I figured it never hurts to find out lol. These little anomalies always intrigue me lol.

Strange as it sounds, it looks exactly like the smiley face in the sky .. It's awesome lol. I'm heading out again tonight to see what other shots I can get, but for the moment, here is one taken about 9pm last night, maybe about 2 hours before it actually sets.

Not a problem my sweet. If you want the bigger (original) copy of it, let me know lol. My camera takes shots in a pretty big resolution lol. Looooove my camera *pats it* lol. :lol:

Last night put the smiley in reverse. And as I found out it appeared the same way for the Northern Hemisphere as well. These shots were taken by my friends father in New Mexico at sunset last night.
