Hello Folks!

Post by Maelroth » Mon Jun 12, 2006 4:15 pm

Wow I made it, man has it been too long :-(
a quick word of update.

Starchild gave us a boy on xmas day 05, James Cardon joined our clan.
I'm working like a cook should. Draconia is starting the home business soon.
Our home unit went fried city months ago :-( ,however Starchild will have access because she has now begun attending college and can use the school's system to keep in touch until I can get the home system up and running again.

Love you guys and have thought about you all everyday. Will try to maintain better contact.

Blessed Be !

Good to see you are still around......

I've been away, too (nearly close enough to visit Ragnar, but not quite close enough....).

BTW.
It is funny how the English language (such as it is) is diverging quite markedly in different parts of the world:

You saying "Our home unit went fried city months ago" prompted me to think that the appartment you live in was destroyed by fire. (Ah well, maybe we Australians are slightly odd.........)

:-D WOW - glad to see ya! So, don't just tease us, what's this little Christmas boys name? What color are his eyes, his hair, how much did he weigh? Born on Christmas - holiday babies always get the short end of the gift stick so you all are just gonna have to remember - TRIPLE presents - because contray to the way folks USUSALLY do it, when a birthday and a holiday merge it doesn't subtract one gift, it ADDS one ;)

Hey Welcome back, I must say I've always loved your quotes. I hope you can keep in touch more. Oh and I completely agree with Stormy... We need info on the little one or perhaps a pic or something. Congratulations on the new addition!

Welcome back and I hope you can join in the conversations soon.

And I agree, a pic would be awesome!

Err, odd we may be, but I also translated that into something similar.

I sincerely hope you're referring to a computer, and not your apartment, Maelroth.

Congratulations on your recent family addition, I hope it's all going well.

Welcome back, Good friend!

I'm glad to hear that you and Draconia are doing well, even without the computer. And a Yuletide baby! That's so cool.

My best wishes to Starchild and Stargrandchild.

And we need pictures! Just as soon as you can get a computer up and running, that is. :)

No, no house fires (already done that :-( long ago) Our computer was what went "fried city", I heard the power supply go "BANG" couldn't have anything to do with the waterbed springing a leak, could it? #-o

As I mentioned in the initial post ( you all were to shocked I'm sure!) my grandson's name is James Cardon Smithson, Starchild says that you helped her decide on it, Davish. She says thank you. :-D

He came on Dec. 25th, 2005 at 3:03 pm
He weighed in at 8 lbs 5 oz and was 19 3/4 in long, the heaviest baby in the clan. Sorry we have no pics :-? yet, we will get some and find a way to post them when we can.
