When you wear a pentacle ring, do you wear it point up, for you to see or point up for others to see?

For me to see.

It's not really mean, and in the long run, it's probably not a bad idea.

If you let her know that you don't like being stabbed in the back by your friends, and you don't consider her a friend anymore because of the things she's said, maybe she'll realize how mean she's been and stop.

It's never helpful to have that kind of person inside your circle of friends. You don't need that kind of abuse.

FairyDust,

then you should not talk about your spiritual life with anyone from school except for your extremely close friends that you know you can trust (and at that tender age, they might even turn on you.)

a wise lesson is to know when to keep your mouth shut, believe me, I learned this one the hard way.

Fairydust- School can be a BIG pain in the neck sometimes. Take it from me, you have to be really REALLY careful who you tell. I only have told my closest friends, and even then I was really cautious about it. For instance, one of my best friends is very much a christian (her father is a minister). She doesn't go around trying to convert anyone, but I was still a little nervous about telling her. I was so afraid that she would stop talking to me or something. Fortunately, she didn't. All she did really was ask me a few questions about what I believe and stuff (like my thoughts on afterlife and stuff)

As for the ring debate, I fortunately do not have to worry about it, for two reasons. First of all, I may have told all of my friends, but if my parents caught me wearing anything with a pentacle on it, I would be disowned or something. And secondly, I don't even need a ring. If it is bright enough, a yellow star appears around my pupils, so my eyes literally become pentacles. I love my eyes. :-D

I found the following link helpful in plotting the pentagram through history, and what it means world-wide. How the horizontal inversion means a different message, etc...

http://www.fabrisia.com/pentagram.htm

This information was written by Bill Kilborn. The owner of the website is not the author.

I will continue doing research on this matter as I'm curious to its meaning now... #-o
