I get the same problem. People have told me that it's my writing style. I'm often assumed to be male as well, to the point where sometimes I don't bother to correct people.

That was what I was on about.

Pretty personal queestion is what I meant.

" How is what relevant to what? "

How is any one being pregnant relevant to the topic?

Any way, thats under the bridge. Should have answered earlier, but I do not seem to be getting my "new post" mails again. This is the first time here since writting the post in question and have heard nothing. Even though there are obviously posts to the thread.

Biege. Don't know, but I just automatically assumed you were Mrs Beige, if thats any consolation. The same with Willow.

Curiouser and curiouser... (Thank goodness for drugged-up authors...)

Poor dragonflydrummer

Brown Eyed Girl, in the murder "act" when you put it up in arguments are you using it to argue for or against abortion? Never read the Murder Act where you are (or here).

As B.E.G pointed out there is no actual offence of "murder" in U.K. It is what is known as a "common law offence".

Which basically means "Well it's obviously wrong isn't it?"

Kind of "natural/traditionaly" accepted illeagalities.

There is no power of arrest for murder in U.K. People are arrested for "Causing grevious bodily harm, which lead to death". If you were to prosecute purely for murder you would have to do it by summons, which means the court send the perp a nice letter saying, "We would be awfully pleased if you would be good enough to kindly come and explain yourself, on ??/??/**** (date)".

AMAZING HUH??

Wow, I thought the Canadian system was weird.

My bf is a lawyer and I think I would strangle someone if I had to jump through the hoops they do.
