I've made this before and my kids loved it, Yes my kids

you will need

Potatoes 6 or 7 med is ok, Cut and Diced,

3 celery stalks

1 med onion diced (1/2 of an onion if you wish for less)

1 or 2 cans of Evaporated milk

1 package of Bacon cooked crispy

1 bag of Chedder cheese shredded

Salt and Pepper to taste

Seasoned Salt (if desired)

2% milk
Peel and cut potatoes dice onions and chop up celery, boil them in water until Potatoes are fork tender, Drain. Put back into pan and add both Milks, I usually only add 1 can of evaportated milk, it makes it richer.
(you can also add alittle bit of flour or Corn starch to thicken the soup up a bit). Put heat back on until the milk starts to steam, you don't want to boil the milk it will scald the bottom of the pan and make a bad taste to the soup.Add seasoned Salt if you'd like

Put in a bowl and add the cheese and crumble Bacon on top of it,

Salt and Pepper to taste if desired.

P.S. you can play with it and add other things as well, I always have and loved it each time.

Coming up....LOL

Already arrived dear. There is still a good two feet of snow coveringcities around Lake Erie, and I had hail and freezing rain at Oktoberfest this weekend.

Oh well...tis the season. I just wish it was a warmer one sometimes. Maybe I should visit someone in CA
